This makes it easy for you to review and analyze our offerings at your leisure in the privacy of your own home, or office.

Upland legal documents and information required by your advisors and or qualified intermediary are also available on-line.

Most Upland TICs are provided with financing in place, eliminating the need for the investor to experience the hassles of obtaining a loan. The Upland process is similiar to buying a mutual fund.
