  • Upland Real Estate Group, Inc.

    Upland Real Estate Group, Inc. is a Minneapolis based, investment property brokerage firm and Tenancy In Common (TIC) seller. Since its inception in 1995, the company has sold over $600 million of transactions and is one of the largest triple-net ("NNN") brokers in the country. Upland specializes in the sale and marketing of NNN properties, seeking qualified tax deferred exchange investors, and placing investment dollars into passive, income-producing properties and/or funds.

    In 2003, Upland Real Estate Group joined forces with The Geneva Organization. a private real estate wealth management company, to structure and offer Tenants-In-Common investments. Through its sales and marketing team, Upland successfully sold over $150 million worth of TIC properties to 1031 Exchange buyers and private investors.

    Upland is no longer affiliated with The Geneva organization and is offering its own TIC properties and selling other sellers' TIC investments.

  • Upland Exchange, LLC

    Upland Exchange, LLC was formed in 2004 to acquire net-lease properties and sponsor those properties in the TIC program. Upland Exchange creates separate funds for each investment and performs all necessary due diligence as well as sources mortgages for the properties.

    Upland TIC Sale, LLC - a TIC Exchange Specialist, is a national real estate sales and marketing and brokerage firm that specializes in 1031 exchange properties and solutions.

    As a TIC Exchange Specialist, Upland TIC Sales offers a "safe harbor" of quality, professionally managed Tenant-In-Common investment properties to the 1031 exchange community and private commercial real estate investors. These properties are offered as undivided, fractionalized interests in investment real estate.     Each of the Tenants-In-Common will (usually) retain the Developer/Seller as an owner or "Specialty Partner."
