Since its inception in 1995, the company has sold over $600 million of transactions and is one of the largest triple-net ("NNN") brokers in the country. Upland specializes in the sale and marketing of NNN properties, seeking qualified tax deferred exchange investors, and placing investment dollars into passive, income-producing properties and/or funds. Through its sales and marketing team, Upland successfully sold over $150 million worth of TIC properties to 1031 Exchange buyers and private investors. UPLAND EXCHANGE, LLC Upland Exchange, LLC was formed in 2004 in order to acquire net-lease properties and offer those properties through our TIC program. Upland Exchange creates separate funds for each investment and performs all necessary property Due Diligence, sources mortgages for the properties, and creates all of the necessary TIC documentation. UPLAND TIC SALES, LLC Upland TIC Sales, LLC is owned by the Upland Real Estate Group. This team markets and sells the Tenants-In-Common properties sponsored by Upland Exchange. This team sponsors national presentations and conferences, as well as works directly with brokers and investors to seamlessly guide individuals through the TIC investment process.
